The Position

Evolve Vacation Rental Network is looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in all aspects of People Operations. People Operations is our version of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is upbeat, experienced, and motivated. This individual is interested in growing their career in a very fast-paced environment. This is a full-time salaried position. You will be instrumental in identifying and implementing short and long term strategies with regard to the tactical people operations functions. This would include benefits administration, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance and so much more.  This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to all individuals within different levels of the organization. You will also get a chance to contribute to the growth of this very important team. This position is key to the overall success of all our Evolve teams. This role will contribute to the overall business objectives and the development of People Operations for the company. The Senior Manager will be involved in all facets of employee life-cycle and contribute to employee relations. This person needs to be able to wear many hats!


  • Partner with leaders within Evolve, including other People Ops teammates, to drive employee growth and transformation while fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives;
  • Identify areas of improvement, create efficiencies, and generate new, innovative ideas to help the People Operations team be at its best;
  • Recommend new or update existing  company policies which comply with all applicable federal and state laws;
  • Aid in the decision and implementation of company wide benefit plans;
  • Review benefits with employees and process applicable benefit enrollment, cancellations and changes as they arise;
  • Act as payroll manager and help maintain proper payroll practices both internally and with external human resource partners;
  • Advise managers and supervisors regarding employee relations and personnel issues to help ensure adherence to company procedures;
  • Coach co-workers on the best practices for developing and maintaining the proper employee talent;
  • Act as consultant for employee disciplinary action;
  • Update and maintain accurate company and employee records.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ​PHR certification required and drive to obtain SPHR
  • 5-8 years previous HR management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design and development as well as change management
  • Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal/state employment laws
  • Previous employment at an organization that experienced rapid growth preferred

Hours and Pay

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours/week)  
  • Salary based on experience
