Evolve Vacation Rental Network is a high growth, Denver-based startup that is redefining vacation rental management and we’re looking for a smart, passionate, and entrepreneurial individual to join us.

We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.

The Position

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to support Evolve’s Operations Team. The right candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be driven by numbers and performance. This person also enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment. The Revenue Manager must be a self-starter who can contribute new ideas and best practices to a growing team and organization. If you have an analytical approach to performance and can solve all the data-puzzles - we want to hear from you.


  • Prepares demand, occupancy, rate, and trend reports using internal information and external resources which are utilized by multiple teams throughout the company
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining reporting tools that provide efficient, effective, and standardized approach for revenue management team
  • Manage a growing team in a fast-developing industry
  • Work in close cooperation with the Business Intelligence team to extract relevant data from the system based on team needs
  • Point person for training and providing support in Excel and Salesforce
  • Provide the Senior Management team aggregated reports and forecasts which will be used for modeling and budgeting


  • Degree in Finance, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • 2+ years of Revenue Management experience
  • Previous Leadership or Management Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Customer-service oriented
